​The Freediver AIDA 2 Course is designed for students who are already confident in the water.

The advanced AIDA 3 course is taught over three days and goes into the theory of Freediving in more depth, which will allow you to understand the physiology and techniques behind diving deeper.

Training for the younger free diver, from beginner to the more advanced, all are catered for.
