Training

For freedivers who want to improve their technique, equalisation and overall comfort in the water, we offer structured training sessions both in the ocean and in the pool. Whether you’re preparing for a course, working towards deeper dives or simply refining your skills, we can tailor sessions to your goals and level.

Depth Training

Our depth training sessions take place on a buoyed line in the ocean and are designed for certified freedivers who want to develop their diving technique and confidence at depth.

During these sessions we can work on:

  • Equalisation techniques

  • Freefall and body position

  • Relaxation and dive efficiency

  • Line protocols and safety

  • Progressive depth adaptation

Sessions are guided and supervised with a strong focus on safety and proper technique, allowing you to train in a structured and supportive environment.

Pool Training

Pool sessions are ideal for working on breath-hold, technique and equalisation in a calm and controlled environment.

These sessions may include:

  • Static apnea training

  • Dynamic apnea technique

  • Equalisation practice

  • Breathwork and relaxation exercises

  • Stretching and mobility for freediving

Pool training is great for both beginners preparing for courses and experienced freedivers looking to maintain or improve their breath-hold and technique.
