Welcome to Freediving Seychelles - your local freediving school in the heart of the Indian Ocean. Whether you’re here to try your very first breath-hold dive or you’re chasing deeper, cleaner technique, we’ll help you feel calm, confident, and genuinely at home in the water. We teach internationally recognised programmes (AIDA, PADI & Molchanovs) and run everything from beginner courses to advanced training, family sessions and youth freediving.
