AIDA, PADI & Molchanov are three different freediving organisations which both provide fantatsic freediving training. AIDA (Association Internationale pour le Développement de l'Apnée) is an internationally recognized organization that has been around for over three decades. AIDA courses follow a structured curriculum, focusing on knowledge, skills, and safety in freediving.
The AIDA system is divided into four levels: AIDA 1 (Introduction level), AIDA 2 (beginner level), AIDA 3 (advanced level) and AIDA 4 (master level). Each level builds upon the previous one, adding new techniques and deepening your understanding of freediving. AIDA also offers specialty courses like Monofin, Variable Weight, and No-Fins Freediving.
Founded by world-class freedivers Natalia Molchanova and her son, Alexey Molchanov, the Molchanovs system emphasizes a strong community and personal progression. It focuses on continuous development through an online platform called the "Base Training." With Molchanovs, you'll have access to a global community of freedivers, who motivate and support each other in their freediving journey.

Molchanovs courses are structured into three levels: Wave 1 (beginner level), Wave 2 (advanced level), and Wave 3 (master level). Each level consists of classroom sessions, pool training, and open water sessions. The system also incorporates specialized courses, such as the Lap 1 (pool training only) and the Tide 1 (safety and coaching).
PADI (the Professional Association of Diving Instructors) is an internationally recognized organization that allows beginners to discover the underwater world.
PADI courses follow a structured curriculum, focusing on knowledge, skills, and safety in freediving and also give you tools to also deal with life’s everyday worries.

The PADI system is divided into four levels: PADI freediver 1 day course (Introduction level), PADI freediver 2 day course (beginner level), PADI advanced freediver 3 day course (advanced level) and PADI master freediver 4 day course (master level).
