Thorough theory and knowledge development covers the fundamentals of physiology, relaxation, breathing, equalisation, technique, safety procedures, buddying and equipment. You will learn the basics of meditation and embrace an inward focused sport where success rises when you surrender to the sea, listen and feel the natural adaptations of your body as you completely let go. The classes are small and intimate, so one on one time with the instructor is maximised. The course does include a few challenges for successful completion including a 40m DYN “distance swim,” a 12-20m CWT “deep dive” and a 2min static “stationary breath- hold.” These are fun targets, and the program guides you through the necessary techniques to achieve and eventually exceed these.

The course will help you improve your Freediving performance whilst advancing your safety and rescue skills. Candidates are guided through a 26-30m CWT, 2 minute and 45 seconds’ static and 55m DYN with appropriate techniques to achieve these performances. Students are introduced to freediving with a lanyard, CO2 v O2 based training and ways of incorporating these into a dive fitness regime. This course challenges aspects of your mental strength as we push boundaries to prepare you for deeper diving.

the surrounding pressure becomes greater and how the
body adapts to this (mammalian dive reflex).
-
You will learn more about equalization techniques and how
to perform or master the Frenzel technique.
-
The confined water sessions will allow you to practice O2
and CO2 tables, learn training concepts for static and how

-
Do you find it challenging or nearly impossible to equalise when you're upside down?
-
Even if you can equalise, do you feel like your technique could be improved for better comfort and safety?

This START course is done by doing dry training (No training underwater), it is made up of 7 lessons which are available on our digital platform created by the SHARE EQUALIZATION team. This course can be done all online.

Online content to make equalization clear, build a common language, and teach you to recognize what maneuver you use instinctively.
You will learn to feel your glottis, move your tongue in the right way, and use your mouth to compress air.
Simulation of a descent
In this lesson, you will learn to compress air simulating head-down diving conditions.
The phonetics
We'll use Phonetics to get you to recognize the feelings you'll need to repeat while equalizing.
Lock Removal
In the lesson, 2 exercises to learn how to remove the tongue and palate locks: two crucial structures for the correct performance of the Frenzel maneuver.

Who created Share Equalization?

Share Equalization is the first and the only digital platform in the world entirely dedicated to teach equalization.
Share Equalization was born from the union of Moving Limits and P&P expertise.
Moving Limits created the sequence of exercises that allows freedivers to improve their equalization skills and / or learn new ones.
People and Practice translated the protocol into a digital format making it interactive and simple.
DEEP COURSE
This course Is made for those which have a equalization problem even if they can go deeper than 30 meters thanks to their physical training and your breath-holding skills.

-
Would equalization still be an issue if you were able to dive deeper than 30 meters due to your physical conditioning and ability to hold your breath?
-
At limit depth do you produce guttural souds during equalization?
-
Do you feel chest tightness and pressure at a certain depth?

If you responded yes to any of the inquiries mentioned earlier, then DEEP is the ideal experience for you.
This DEEP course is done by doing dry training (No training underwater), it is made up of 7 lessons which are available on our digital platform created by the SHARE EQUALIZATION team. This course can be done all online.

What will you learn?
Basic skills
Online content to make equalization clear, build a common language, and teach you to recognize what maneuver you use instinctively.
You will learn to feel your glottis, move your tongue in the right way, and use your mouth to compress air.
Through Phonetics, you will learn how to link the oropharynx and the nasopharynx to reach the ear tubes and how to manage these air spaces in order to feel and fill them with air as if they were one space only.
Soft Palate control
In this lesson, you'll learn to manage the soft palate in oro and nasopharyngeal high-pressure conditions. Proper control of the soft palate is central for the Hands-Free technique as well.
Air Translation
In this self-paced, you will learn to recognize how you can move air in different ways and the three ways to perform Frenzel.
Mouthfill
You'll learn to detect and manage the glottis as it opens and closes, synchronizing it to the air compression and the relevant opening and closing of the soft palate. That is to say, we are going to learn how to perform a perfect Frenzel Fattah maneuver (Mouthful).
