  • What level freediver must you be to join the retreat?
We encourage all freedivers to be atleast an AIDA level 2 freediver or anything similar to this level. This is so you are able to maximise your freediving experience.
  • Is freediving dangerous?
Freediving, or breath-hold diving, can be dangerous if not practiced with proper knowledge, skills, and precautions. It's completely understandable to have concerns about the safety of freediving, as with any adventurous activity.
